Propane Delivery
Propane delivery is Arrick's Propane's #1 service and top priority. We strive to deliver our customers' propane in the shortest time possible. Arrick's has 7 storage facilities and 23 bulk delivery trucks scattered over our service area to ensure timely delivery during the busiest winter months.
Professional Installation
Arrick's Propane has trained employees to professionally install propane tanks and propane heaters. We also run gas lines and make connections to most gas appliances. Our employees are required to regularly attend training classes and safety seminars.
Automatic Delivery
We encourage customers to take advantage of this service that Arrick's provides. Your life is busy enough without having to remember when to order propane, so leave that responsibility to us. After your first few deliveries we will accurately be able to determine when you will need more propane based on the weather.
Arrick's Propane offers automatic delivery to all of its customers who have a 330 gallon tank or larger. This system works by using a degree day system. A degree day is calculated by putting the high and low temperatures for the day into a mathematical formula. Each day the degree days are calculated and added to the previous days total. Each customer that wishes to be on the Automatic Delivery System is assigned a degree day schedule. For example the customer may be on an 1100 degree day schedule. Therefore, when the total degree days hit 1100, 2200, 3300, and so on the customer would get a delivery.
This system is very accurate, and is also very convenient for the customer.
Budget Payment Plan
Our Budget Payment Plan has saved our customers a lot of money over last several years. The sign up period for the plan starts in July of each year and runs through August 15th.
- One of the biggest advantages to our Budget Plan customers is that they are given a price cap, which is set each year by July 1st. This price cap is the highest price that our budget customers will pay the entire winter. For example, if the current price is lower than the price cap then the customer pays the lower price. But if the current price is higher than the price cap, then the customer just pays the amount of the price cap.
- With the Budget Plan your yearly propane bill will be broken down into eleven (11) equal payments. Your propane usage will be estimated for the year and then divided into eleven payments. The assigned amount of your budget payment is due by the 10th of each month. After the eleven month period, which runs from July through May, there is a one month catch up period. Any balance that is left after the eleven months must be paid up during this last month.
- With the Budget Payment Plan we also make the deliveries automatically. This system is explained in the section above.
Auto Pay
We can now automatically withdraw your budget payment from your checking account. With the addition of the direct pay option to our preferred customer program, receiving propane is now virtually hassle free. You decide whether we withdraw the 2nd Monday of the month or the 4th Monday of the month.
We Accept Credit Cards
As another payment option Arrick's also accepts credit cards. Just call in and charge your propane to your credit card, and you will never have to come into the office or write a check. It's quick and convenient , and just another way Arrick's Propane is working to make doing business with us easier. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
